After long an deliberate consideration, I have decided to withdraw from this forum, for obvious reasons.

Obama wouldn’t have known how unbelievable Larry would be before hand, his decades of conning and lying.
There’s info on Obama going back 20 years and more from his youth as far as interviews with old friends and teachers. He just isn’t a risk taker, not really in any area of his life (except that running for office is always it’s own risk). He played poker for years with others in Illinois Senate and he’s a good player but they tease him for being so frugal. He drinks but not much, never got drunk and did dumb stuff. All the ways impulsiveness or risk taking shows up aren’t part of his life.
That wouldn’t mean he couldn’t have had gay sex…but there is simply no way some driver would be his hook up to some lonely stranger…and using his own name and doing this while he is heavy into a campaign for US Congress. That is high level risk taking behavior and there is just no way that fits his history.
It would matter if it was true. I especially disapprove of murder, but even without that a man who would do that kind of risk taking so carelessly should not be president.
That’s where all the inconsistencies in the story and Larry’s history of lying and conning come in…along with Obama’s history.
Larry’s story is so flawed…
That is Roger’s own excited little fantasy.
Tip to those who think they have killers on their campaign team: the hit would be before someone makes a bunch of You tubes, goes on little radio shows, collects followers, has a press conference…not after.
That’s not only disgusting to say, it doesn’t make any sense.

I’ve done a number of radio interviews in the past and while, on balance, the majority respectful and considerate, you will get the odd ones that try to broadside you on air and you have to walk in expecting that from the media – sometimes they are working to their own agenda and I think it would be very advisable to Mitch to consider that Roger may be such a person given his ‘it doesn’t matter if it is true’ statement and the way he was cutting people off. Roger will try and steer the conversation to make Mitch look bad – Mitch needs to deflect that and steer the conversation to a talking point that he wants to raise.

In fact, I would be inclined to suggest you turn down the offer to talk on Roger’s show and try and negotiate a talk on a show that you know, a-priori, will not be biased. I think there is a high likelihood you will walk into a trap orchestrated between Larry and Roger. No matter how articulate you are – remember that Roger has the controls.

You will need to be clear about your counterpoints, if you decide to pursue this – if he quotes you making derogatory statements about Larry then you need to have quotes listed where Larry made derogatory or threatening statements toward you, the reasons you are standing up for truth and an explanation that dealing with a character like Larry often leads many to let off steam and make fun of the situation.
Roger will try and tie you to death threats – you need to be able to clearly and confidently state that to your knowledge no one that authors on the blog has ever been party to such behavior and as Larry claims to want the truth, that is all we are trying to achieve at the Mitch and Nan show. You need to be able to say that you know that none of your team that produces posts for your blog have made death threats against Larry, you know that for sure, but you also know that on 23rd of Feb Larry invited someone around, via his YouTube commentary, so as to send them out in a body bag. You need to state that, to your knowledge, none of your blog contributors has a criminal history and are simply seekers of justice and that it is laughable to have them portrayed as Larry and his crew portray them when not only has he threatened to send someone out in a body bag but also posted that Paul Levy would be dead by Sunday and had been written up in prison for concealing a sharp object in his cell. Therefore, Larry’s characterization of the bloggers here is more a matter of transference than reality and that if he has legitimately received such threats from other people then one would hope that he learnt his lesson to not repeatedly reveal address and contact details online.

You should request a list of questions that the interviewer intends to ask you and if they try and put you off about this then that is a signal to be wary. Even if they provide questions, expect to be ambushed. You should anticipate the broadsides and think of appropriate responses and where you want to steer the conversation to after that. You should have a list of points that you want to make before you engage in the interview – so you are well advised to prep yourself.

Jay, I tend to agree with you, but you’ve stated it much more articulately than I could.
Just doing a cursory google search on Roger Fredinburg, and sorting through the search, shows a close association with and support of far far far right wing causes for the past 10 to 15 years and a closer association with Edgar Steele, a known racist and anti-semitic attorney.
LS and his supporters will have prepped Roger F well by the time of the broadcast. Questions to Mitch and Nan will be framed to make M & N as evil and put LS in the most favorable light (despite LS being a career criminal). LS’s supporters will be calling the show en masse and their calls will be put on the air. I doubt if Mitch and Nan’s supporters calls will get through–or if they do get on the air, will be cut off or attacked. Larry will be portrayed, of course, as a political prisoner, an (almost) martyr and a hero to the cause, whatever the cause is.
It’s going to be brutal.

Only a small percentage of members of either party ever donate to a candidate/party, so it means nothing to not find them in the donor rolls. If I check on my self, it would suggest I have not donated since 2004, which is not true. I just haven’t hit the $200 or whatever for any individual in a cycle since then.

Yeah, Neon, you’re correct. The lower limit in the website’s records is $200, so smaller contributions to a federal candidate would not show up.
Any number of people consider themselves to be Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, etc., and consistently vote that way, and never formally join a party or donate to a political campaign.
I’m not a member of any party, and I’ve rarely donated to a political campaign–I have volunteered for some, but that’s not reflected as a campaign contribution.

BUT I don’t think this was brought up at all in the interview… A lawsuit to get to Obama by stepping on 3 bloggers for 3 million bucks.
(For Newbies: Larry is under the mistaken idea that if the 3 bloggers go to court, and they called him a liar, he can subpoena Obama’s phone records to prove he is not a liar. Levy’s brief too included WHERE the bloggers got their info, (some of it incorrect) as PROOF that they did not invent misinformation, or act with malice, nor given any opportunity to retract their information.)
MITCH, I think this point debunks a lot of Larry’s accusations about this blog and it’s true focus.

He’s also implied that the Chicago PD has his phone records, but won’t give them to him. It wasn’t clear to me if the Chicago PD, by way of a grand jury subpoena, had Larry’s phone records or another person’s phone records. You may know–I don’t–why a grand jury is meeting in Chicago and who is/are the target(s) or what or whom they’re investigating, or whether this is a Illinois grand jury or a federal grand jury.

From what I’ve read, the Young thing popped up later in Larry’s fairy tale.
As the plaintiff in a civil suit, the burden of proof is on him, a concept he has trouble grasping. But as a prison hardened career criminal who knows how to work the system, he’ll use anything to his advantage.
Out of curiosity, while Larry was in prison, whether it was under his most current name or any of his aliases, did he sue the prison system? I ask this because I used to live in a town that had a prison and the jailhouse lawyers were kept busy with what seemed like unending lawsuits, some for incredibly trivial matters.

Sinclair was extremely adamant about wanting to know who callers ‘really are’, which makes me just a little edgy.
I cannot, off the top of my head, think of any cults that were not eventually engaged in murder, either committed by the leaders directly or by the followers. Sinclair and his followers exhibit ALL of the classic signs of a very dangerous cult, which is troubling considering that most of the famous cults of the past did not exhibit so many telltale characteristics at once.
Sinclair is obviously extremely deranged, has threatened to nail one person and their family to a cross, has threatened to kill others, and really seems quite capable of going off the deep end on someone who questions his stories.

Did I miss something? I thought for sure you guys said he had a public defender…or are you claiming he substituted one and your source didn’t update you…it seems a lot of your sources aren’t the best when it comes to details concerning Larry. You do seem to have come up with which attorney he has hired though.
Although I am still not convinced of Larry’s claims and he has a sordid past and asking for money always calls into question one’s motives; he has done what he has said he was going to do for the past several months when it comes to public action.
Sadly, you guys are just not credible anymore and that will help Larry more than hurt him.

Make Noise was right that the arrest has something to do with Rodeway Inn. Certainly, this site hasn’t been 100%, but it’s been right more times than wrong, and right more times than Larry.

This Mitch & Nan site OFTEN makes course corrections as info comes up. They are cautious to get 2 or more sources of info before posting, but when wrong, their is an UPDATE…UPDATE…UPDATE!

I do think M&N could be more careful about making promises of coming info, however. At the very least, qualify announcements (we are working on this or that, but aren’t sure if we can verify; we heard this or that from a source, but aren’t certain, etc.)
Whatever happened to Pistol Pete, for example? Or was that a joke from the start? What happened to the Mexico stuff that was supposed to be revealed?
I love this blog and think the writers are honest, but it looks bad when stuff is promised but doesn’t come through. The contrast with Larry’s dishonesty is stark. I think Larry just floats trial balloons to keep his base fired up, knowing he will never follow through. Plus, he goes absolutely ape shit whenever anyone questions him even slightly; M&N don’t do that.

bomas, I love this blog and think the writers are honest, but it looks bad when stuff is promised but doesn’t come through.

Please don’t get me wrong – I love M&N and am astounded at the amount of info they are able to gather. I’m an amateur sleuth myself and they are incredible. And I wouldn’t even consider comparing M&N in any way to LWS. And M&N mistakes are just that – mistakes. Not manipulations.

The 832-331-5624 number he is using as a contact number is registered to one Scott Covington of Houston, Texas, according to my sources (which are pretty darned solid)
Questions:
1) Was COW the beyotch on the phone (Screener) last night asking Mitch if he were a Jew and then hung up on him?
2) Or is Cow working with Roger Right Wingnut thereby getting access to a phone number in HOUSTON that they claim belongs to one “Scott Covington”?
3) Is Sinclair the DRAMA QUEEN BEYOTCH with the backing of the COW and Roger Right Wing planning on sabatoging one “Scott Covington” in Houston, Texas?
4) Is that the “special fireworks display” The Drama Queen Beyotch talks about?
My conclusion is that Sinclair is that derogatory term people use to describe a woman’s vagina. He can only operate when others are BEHIND him (aka MOB mentality).

2 To be doomed to misery in the near future.
3 Describing someone who is totally and utterly insane and/or completely under the influence of one or more drugs beyond the point of comprehension, rationality and all response. They may be puking Pepsi everywhere and/or behaving abnormally, influenced by whatever’s in their body & sick mind. ‘sinclaired’ is not usually referred to as a pleasant experience.

OK… I stated last night at the end of another thread that while I was outside with the dogs, the telephone rang, my granddaughter answered and the person wanted to speak to Mitch.
I did call close to the end of the show last night,and did not block my number..
The phone rang and rang, finally a recorded message told me no one was answering and to call back..
I found it extremely ironic that someone would call my home, asking for Mitch. The call came in at 11:15 EST from Whitesprings, ME. The number is still on my caller ID. BTW.. being from the South, I have never heard of Whitesprings, ME.

Jay you raise great points. I suggest our Mitch prepare and stay on offense. It’s not possible to get everything right about Sinclair, and as Mitch has said, he hasn’t revealed everything.
Marie, I’m baffled by your assertion that Larry has delivered on anything. In fact, most recently he promised donors that he would reveal corroborating evidence regarding his allegations against Obama at the (second) “PC” and he did no such thing. He also said that his first DE attorney would “reveal the truth about Obama” etc. yet he was clearly raising money to get his smarmy ass out of trouble. These are only two of MANY such acts by Sinclair in recent weeks.
