After a phone call to the Washington DC Police, we have verified that Lawrence Wayne Sinclair has been arrested at the National Press Club just after his press conference ended.
Thanks to the fine folks who frequent The Mitch and Nan Show, Larry Sinclair has been arrested.

There is an unsung hero in this tale and if and when we get permission, we will tell the entire wonderful story. The key was Larry’s own narcissism. We needed a description and he aptly posted a photo of himself this morning, just as we hoped.

To the good people of Mitchandnan,
Never in my life have I been put through what “he I shall not name” has put me through.
I have always trusted in the goodness of people and thus posted info I found from other sources to rebut the attacks against Obama. I even thought the poor guy was probably just delusional because of the tumor, I did not feel angry at him in any way. I use to work with the retarded, so I saw it in that light. Some of the info I posted was inaccurate but never invented by me and never with malice. I have kept all my sources and they are in the hands of my lawyer, not a blog.
It will surely please “He I shall not name” that my life has been hell with worry, stress and the contemplation of ending it all as I have NEVER had any reason to deal with our legal system. I have always been a sensitive person, facing dark chapters in my teen years. 4 bloggers have saved my life and so too have you all. I will not name the 4 helpers as I wish they be free of ”he I shall not name’s” attention. I lost hair and weight and nearly my love of life. Now while being sued I have come to understand more about our legal system and I am no longer fearful, but maybe angry at the outrageous abuse, and open warrants that were not served; if they were, this never would have occurred.
Part of me would like to sue for revenge. I know I could and so too can others. He was and is so wrong about so many things. I will however, think of this as a learning experience and move on. Besides, what money would I get but the nut-bread tainted funds of racists and those who hate in the name of a God I love so much. I have prayed for Larry to be healed of his hatred, and the worst thing I have prayed for is that he be unable to hurt others as he has hurt me. Jail may just be that place. I have also come closer to my faith, going to services regularly and at the worst of time, daily. Family too has become stronger in all of this, we are closer than ever.
Mitch&Nan’s blog has been my secret home where I simply watched, and hoped and came to understand the scope of “he I shall not name” and the depth of the hate in those who follow him.
Unlike “he I shall not name” I do not blog, comment, or post on the lawsuit, and the day I saw the lawsuit. I kept my mouth shut so as not to influence justice in anyway.
I thought I might not be able to trust people anymore, but you people on the blog have shown me that if I did that I would miss out on so very much. Yes there is hate in the world, but their is kindness too.
Please keep up your support until this has been dismissed. I truly cannot relax until he cannot hurt others in the same way.

From someone who had a mis-spent youth (Nothing like La Rye though):
Right about now, Larry is probably in a bullpen with about 100 other people. There are probably four black guys for every white guy. Someone who looks like Larry will have already had his cigarettes taken away and will be forced to sit on the floor because they will not allow him to use bench space.
Larry’s been in jail before so he probably knows how to BS in there enough that they won’t beat the shit out of him but you can be sure that Mr. Sinclair is not comfortable right now. If it turns out he gets recognized though ( which I doubt) he could be in for one helluva night.
They will probably have to hold him overnight until court in the morning because it’s probably too late in the day to get a judge to set bail.
Tomorrow, he may get extradited if it’s Maryland. In fact he’s probably in pretty big trouble. They would not have gone to all this trouble if they were just going to let him out again.

I have a computer brain. I don’t think you can convert a file for wordpress. You need to upload it to a web server.
If you have just acquired mitchandnanshow.com you should have a webhost for it. That’s where all your files are.
Then you need to use an FTP program to upload it to the webhost. You would go to ftp://mitchandnanshow.com, then enter your password and you can use PUT to upload the file( some programs like FILEZILLA, a free software, have a Windows explore type interface where you just drag it from the left side ( Your computer ) to the right side ( Your webhost ).
If you uploaded it to a folder on your host such as /audio , to link to the file you would simply type http://www.mitchandnanshow/audio/larryMakingAnAssOfHimself.wma
And that’s all there is to it.

We have all done the proper thing – to fight lies. It was the right thing to do. It would be one thing if at any given point in time, papatard showed proof or even the slightest hint of humility. Oh yes, Larry also said the driver’s name! Whoop-de- shit! He already revealed the driver’s last name and initial MONTHS AGO on his YouTube comments –before he deleted it and DENIED ever having named the driver ..then said well maybe he did but the initial “P” was just a typo and the first name did not really start with P. And when others did some research and found the name of this guy Paramjit Multani, Larry INSISTED that was the wrong name!
If he has something that says Mr. Multani worked at 5 Star Limo, all that shows (if it is legitimate) is that Larry told a story including an actual limo driver he knew or knew of. But he has produced NOTHING to connect Multani with Obama (who according to Larry was a friend of Multani’s) He’s produced nothing to connect Obama to the story at all.

if anyone is in contact with any of the arresting auhtorities, it would be nice to make sure they know Sibley is not a licensed attorney. so how is he going to go see Lartard. Usually they only allow in attorneys (ones that are legally licensed) or family. It would be nice to make sure the prosecutor or judge and even the police know that Sibley is not his attorney, just a private citizen. A good public defender will most likely be appointed and if the prosecutor has knowledge that he is such a flight risk and has an outstanding warrant also in CO, he surely will advise the judge.

A mysterious poster on his site gave a lot of details about a Paramit Singh Multani identifying him as the driver and someone who had trouble with immigration who ran a limo service in Mississippi named “Five Star Limos”.
M&N and friends traced him and the business.
LWS denied several times that it was he.
But he continued to claim that the name had Multani in it.
Today he reverses himself and says it was Paramjit Multani.
I think it is significant that he does not admit it was Paramjit SINGH Multani. Because that allows him wriggle room. He can continue to say it was not Paramjit SINGH Multani because there are some other Paramjit Multanis in the US with different middle names. However long the press look for a person of that name they will never find one who drove a limo on 6th and 7th November 1999 for LWS.
I also think it significant that as recently as May he could not spell “Paramjit” or pronounce it and dismissed it as an incomprehensible foreign name, despite his alleged constant contact with the man and alleged closeness to him and his family.
Bottom line. There is not now nor has there ever been a driver. He needed the concept of a driver for his fraud. He picked the name up from those suggested to him on the net and in emails. He incorporated it into his story. He told a series of lies about it as he tried to keep his story straight.
He has now decided it is worth the risk to give the name because he knows that the Paramjit Singh Multani whose story fits does not live in the US even though his wife and son does. LWS has never had contact with him nor has Sibley. Sibley is complicit in his fraud.
There are quite a few Multanis in this world. “Happy hunting suckers”, is what LWS thought. In Larry’s World the limo dirver is like the Holy Grail.
The hypocrites, like Citizen Wells, have long since conceded that he will not be able to produce the driver. That’s why they have downplayed its importance. And that’s why they try to change the subject. LWS allegations are now about Donald Young and a bribe to Whitehouse.com not about the original allegations of drugs and sex in a limo.
If Citzen Wells, Dellen, MAD and about 65% of the others in Larrys’ Zoo had their way, it would all be about Obama’s Muslim roots, his extreme left-wing affiliations, his African heritage and his relationship as puppet to a powerful set of masters in the hidden elite which is taking over the USA.

He said before that he could describe the length to a quarter of an inch and could say whether it was circumcised or not. He also said he could not say if there were markings of any kind because it was dark in the limo.
But it was not dark in the motel room the next day, early evening. I suppose he would say he could recognise its length and whether circumcised from its exposure in the motel room, not the limo. But if that’s the case how come he could not see if there were markings? He said BO came unto him quickly after he arrived in the hotel room . He also stayed there for about two hours.

Wow….so I just got through it all.
First, to our blogger, whoever you are, I was more than pleased to work for your cause. I really grew fond of Mr. Levy. He’s definitely a good man. I am sorry to hear about all your stress. I know someone who works for the Obama campaign (I’m one of the many volunteers and have assisted quite a bit). There are NO paid bloggers. The campaign is too frugal – their field organizers who travel around the country get food stipends and stay in housing donated to the campaign. The organizers pay the leases for campaign office space by selling T-shirts, buttons and signs and many time, a local volunteer leases the space and gets reimbursed through Obama gear sales. If the campaign doesn’t even pay to open a campaign office, they’re not going to pay a bunch of bloggers.

After I got finished laughing at the well-hung lawyer in the kilt, I did some more clicking around, and found out that Larry Sinclair is not the one who paid for the room where the press conference was held.
It was paid for by “Veritas Federal Media,” which appears to be the same as “Veritas Media Group.” It has some interesting political ties to the far right wing.
Its owner is a far right-wing consultant who appears on Fox, CNN, and CNBC, and owns at least one radio station.
It seems as if someone other than just an oddball ex-con and his weirdo lawyer might have had an interest in spreading this junk.

What a wonderful, bright young man. I lost it when Springsteen came on and talked and played Thunder Road. Hell…I’m raised in NJ and once actually saw him at a club on the jersey shore…like 30+ years ago. God…that’s older than a good many of the bloggers here probably. Music can do that….

We also made a call to the arresting office this evening and informed them (on a message recorder) that Larry is a three time loser. We gave them his aliases as well as a link to the Politico Blog today that outlined his criminal history.
We also made sure they had the Colorado warrant as well.

I’ve been lurking for hours and I’m still not caught up. Democratista, I wasn’t surprised that you and CC made the list, but I still can’t believe I did. I guess he holds a grudge against me for being the first person to post the link to the Colorado warrant, although Mike, I think, knew about the warrant before I did.
I’ll have to listen to Rense, but I find it hard to take his site seriously. I once came across an ad on his site that insisted that you could live without water. I guess there’s some vast conspiracy to make people think they need water, and Rense’s advertiser can teach you how to live without it.

I was just over at dailykos and a few people are positing that Larry’s arrest was a right-wing set-up to bring his story more attention. They are questioning why DC police would pick him up on a Delaware warrant as this is not the usual procedure….assuming it is one of his many petty theft/fraud/decption charges. They are pointing to the Colorado police’s reluctance to pick him up on their warrant.
I can only assume Delaware has bigger fish to fry than Colorado. Can anyone confirm?

I think MOMA doesn’t realize that Delaware is not going to let Larry do a one night Jail time (even though he loves one night stands) and let him go. He obviously broke the law in Delaware and he will have to stand before a Delaware judge. I cannot see a judge letting him out on bail if he has obscounded from justice before.
Also M&N, maybe your friend can notify SSA that Larry is incarerated now. We wouldn’t want his MOMA to got to jail for cashing her precious son’s checks…
