I suppose that the best question about the Donald Young allegation would be to have him ask the following questions:
1) What proof do you have, if your allegations of being in contact with Donald Young are true, that Obama had Donald Young murdered?
2) Why would Obama risk having someone so close executed as such for being in touch with you, especially if it seemed as if he was tasked to get in touch with you by the campaign, given the fact that he supposedly got your phone numbers from the Obama campaign.
3) Has the Chicago Police Department responded to your affidavit in any way?
4) If Obama had someone such as Donald Young killed in December, why wouldn’t he have then taken you out in December? Donald Young was murdered before you made the YouTube video, and therefore you weren’t known or had any of the “notoriety” you had today. Isn’t this a large discrepancy?

1. Is the bar where you claim to have met Obama a gay bar? If so, do you have any explanation for why a prominent public figure who is married with two children would risk being seen publicly in a gay bar and then getting into a car with you? Also, did anyone at the bar recognise Obama?

5. How did the limo driver contact Obama, at what time did he do this, and how soon after did Obama meet you?

7. Did you ever contact the limo driver again?
8. In arranging your trip – you must have spoken to someone else at the limo company apart from the driver, if so, what are their names?
9. How long did Obama spend with you in total – from what time to what time?
10. Did Obama reveal any details to you about his private life, particularly whether or not he is homosexual or had engaged in previous homosexual acts, and particularly any details about his drug use?
11. Did the limo driver introduce you to anyone else? Where else did the limo driver take you?
12. Can you provide details of your cellphone account during the time you received calls from ‘Mr Young’ so that this can be verified?
13. At what time of day did Obama come to your hotel room at your alleged second meeting, and how long did he spend with you? Was this meeting planned beforehand or did he surprise you?
14. What did you and Obama talk about during this time? Again, did he give you any information about his private life, any previous homosexual experience, or drug use?
15. How much money did you spend in total on the limo? How much did you spend on drinks for yourself and Obama? Where there any other related costs?

Yes – and it should not be too difficult to get this. I don’t think that he can really answer any of these questions without getting caught in a trap. If he is lying, any questions about the actual substantive nature of his claim should trip him up. For example, it should be impossible for him to remember NOTHING about the bar, and since the number of gay bars in a city is typically low, it should not be difficult for it to be identified based on its decor, surroundings, etc. If the bar is still in existence it will also have its own records of past credit card transactions (and even if it’s not), so, since he has claimed that he used HIS credit card, it must show up somewhere if it’s true. I think all those questions will at least leave some kind of trail like that, even if, individually, they might not prove/disprove anything. For example if he makes a statement as to the times/amount of time Obama spent with him, this can be easily disproved if it doesn’t fit with Obama’s own schedule.

I am hoping that he would spin and spin in answer to these questions. I am only a baby lawyer and I’m sure someone else here may know better than me, but, we were always taught that these are the types of questions you ask someone in a cross examination because you hope that they will get into their lie and make up answers. You can then take their answers and check them against verifiable records (e.g. Obama’s schedule, cellphone records, credit card company records, knowledge that people might have about gay bars in the area, etcetc) and trap them in their lie. If he is clever, he will not answer any, but this of course then begs the question of why he is unable to do so.

There is not an educational institution on the planet that does not keep records of who it confers degrees upon. I am sure that he will either be unable to name an institution or will name one, which once contacted, won’t be able to find any record of him. This is not difficult to do since employers contact universities and colleges all the time to verify what people write on their resumes, right?

Yup, I recognise the style. BUT those hearing his answers, assuming they know nothing about larry, might take him at his word and print what he said.
Questions about his credibility will alert the press that there is ALOT more to this than they were led to believe. NO press release reveals Larry’s Criminal Past or history. Bringing these up right away makes any further questions by press doubt their very credibility.
I think we need to see this through the lenses of a Press Conference as opposed to a court. Keep him uncomfortable, off his topic of choice and let his true colors shine.

Even in that conversation are we to believe Mr. Young never explained that he was a member of the choir in that church for 20 years?

In his Right Perspective interview he said that members of the family party who were with im for the graduation of his godson in Gurnee in November 1999 told reporters in January 2008 that LWS told them before breakfast on 6th November that he “got lucky” the night before – 5th November. That was the day before he allegedly met Obama on the evening 6th. Who did he get lucky with on 5th? Was he an African American? Was this the person he later identified as Obama? Or is he saying that he also got lucky on 6th and 7th – three nights in a row with two different persons? How would he square this with his description of himself as not sexually promiscuous but a virtual virgin.
14. Was the $20,000 he received from whithouse.com for the polygraph test his final payment? Are there other payments promised or under negotiation? Why does he have a non dislcsorue agremenet with whtiehosue.com?
15. Who was the person who told him they had hijacked a telephone call between Axelrod and Whitehouse.com in which it was revealed that Axelrod has paid Whitehouse.com $750,000 to doctor the results of the test? Did he ever report this to the FBI?
16. He said he was in weekly contact with the limo driver who had agreed to come forward. Why would he keep in touch with a limo driver for nine years even after the limo driver allegedly moved from Chicago to Mississippi?

I would ask to see the original hotel receipt as the dates don’t match on the version he presented for “evidence”. I’d ask him to provide it so it can be proven it wasn’t photo shopped.
I’d also ask him to call Choice Hotels Kerrie Lanigan on a conference call and have her verify that Choice has his hotel records from 1999 and that he was in Chicago 11-XX-99.

It seems that everything you have told us has a time limited quality to it. For instance, the limo company has shut down; the credit card company cannot find the records; the lounge you claim to have met the Senator may or may not still be there. That was the day before he allegedly met Obama on the evening 6th. Who did he get lucky with on 5th? Was he an African American? Was this the person he later identified as Obama? Or is he saying that he also got lucky on 6th and 7th – three nights in a row with two different persons? How would he square this with his description of himself as not sexually promiscuous but a virtual virgin.
14. Was the $20,000 he received from whithouse.com for the polygraph test his final payment? Are there other payments promised or under negotiation? Why does he have a non dislcsorue agremenet with whtiehosue.com?
15. Who was the person who told him they had hijacked a telephone call between Axelrod and Whitehouse.com in which it was revealed that Axelrod has paid Whitehouse.com $750,000 to doctor the results of the test? Did he ever report this to the FBI?
16. He said he was in weekly contact with the limo driver who had agreed to come forward. Why would he keep in touch with a limo driver for nine years even after the limo driver allegedly moved from Chicago to Mississippi?
These questions may serve as a primer for him and I’m sure Little Miss Muppet (Liz) and Fine Upstanding Citizen Wells will be phoning him about them, but he is so thick he wouldn’t be able to answer them coherently if you wrote the answers out for him.

We may be laboring under the misapprehension that this will be a normal Press Conference where the press get to ask questions. Larry’s idea of a Press Conference is where he tricks the MSM to come to a room so he can force them to listen and report on his allegations without “offensive” questions and make a video of them listening. He will expect it to be run like his blog.
He is already heavily vetting who can get in the room. He might also restrict the opportunity for questions and cut off any he does not like. He might even plead that he is in great physical pain, and his brain tumor is acting up.
I’m also sure he will have supporters there who will be expected to applaud his replies.

In his version of reality, anyone who questions his lies or points out his lack of evidence and constant inconsistencies is vulnerable to a lawsuit. We’ve all seen how he handles uncomfortable questions on his blog, and I think he wants to replicate that in his NPC conference. That’s going to confine this to the fringe media, but I’m hoping this gets some mainstream attention. A legitimate media outlet has the resources to do an extensive background check, and we all know Larry can’t stand up to the scrutiny.

I feel the entire Donald Young accusation is the most outrageous of Sinclair’s claims. Many in the MSM have said his story is outrageous (the original version) and that hsi record and outstanding warrants make him even less credible. That puts him on an MSM scale of -10 in terms of credibility.

I just saw the La Rye reference on Countdown… I am kind of hoping that this won’t get too much mainstream attention, because some people are stupid, and only have to hear of a rumour to think that it is true. Relax. The only people who take Larry seriously are his followers. Bloggers with any credibility believe Larry is a career criminal who is just out to get his 15 minutes of fame by trying to smear Obama.
If he actually has the guts to go through with this charade of a press conference he will only make more of a fool of himself. Real journalists will not be conned by Larry’s allegations because they know that extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. Someone saying something happened is not evidence and so far, all Sinclair has done is say he has proof. What he has put up as “proof” is so easy to debunk a 6th grader could take him on in court and whip him soundly.
Saying he has proof is not proof of anything; other than a wild imagination, that is.
BTW, Donald Young died a natural death. Don’t get your information from Larry’s blog or those of any of his followers. Those people wouldn’t know how to source a fact correctly if their lives depended on it.
Don’t worry, Larry will be relegated to the dustbin of history after Wednesday. He’s no threat, other than to the bank accounts of the people that support his con.

Yes, I went to see The Happening. Wow was that a letdown. However, it did have some priceless unintentional comedy moments…such as when the gentleman turned on the harvester and laid down in front of it, or when the guy fed himself to the lions. CLASSIC! Of course my best friend and I, and some teenagers in the next row were the only ones in the theatre laughing our arses off.
Mark Walbergh needs to be whipped for following up “The Departed” with that crud. And M Night Shayamalan is one-movie-wonder hack director.

2a) (If no) Then why did you claim on your Motion to Dismiss submitted almost four years ago that you were terminally ill, and then repeat that claim earlier this year?
2b) (If yes) Who can we contact to confirm that you are telling the truth about your terminal illness.
3) Have you had any contact with the Colorado authorities since your Motion to Dismiss was submitted back in 2004? If not, why do you claim that to be “dealing with” the warrant given that you are still on the Most Wanted List in that state?
4) Why did you repeatedly claim that you were completely ignored by the Obama campaign before you discovered the existence of Donald Young and then suddenly changing your story to claim that he had contacted you, on behalf of Obama, on multiple occasions?
5) Does the DSS know that you are raising money on the internet and staying luxury hotels in Washington DC not to mention being driven around in chauffeured limousines? Are you going to repay the DSS the $30,000 and counting you have earned in the past six month through donations and payments?
And finally…
6) Larry, you have been a proven liar, fraudster, and criminal your whole life. You have refused to show the slightest remorse for the victims of your criminal part. Your story has changed many times and the claims you make about Obama get more ridiculous every passing week.
So what possible reason can you give to convince us that this isn’t just another of your scams to gain you the attention, notoriety, and money you so obviously crave?

There is a really important question, which Larry has always dodged. Since he said he was on disability, and he was living in HUD housing for the elderly… what was his disability?
