(Thought I’d try that out…)
We have received news on Montgomery Sibley and an odd coincidence about the “June 18th NPC Press Conference.” The news comes from the REAL Washington Post, and mentions Sibley’s possible future involvement in the ongoing circus that is the DC Madam case.
The story’s authenticity can be confirmed here.
The article states some very interesting bits of info:
Keep in mind that Sibley’s law license has been suspended in Florida and the District of Columbia. Sibley is awaiting a ruling from the Supreme Court as soon as today or tomorrow on his appeal of the rulings.
So we should know very soon the status of Sibley’s appeal and whether or not he can continue to represent Sinclair in Washington, D.C.
Now, here is the thing that caught me by surprise (and yes, I mean surprise because it is so fucking coincidental it makes me believe in magic):
Sibley says a “status conference” is set for next Tuesday, June 17 at the U.S. District Courthouse in Washington.
So, what does this mean?
What’s obvious is that there is a huge coincedence between the date for Larry’s “June 18th NPC Press Conference” and the date for the “status conference” on June 17th. It seems that Larry’s lawyer is a busy person these days.
Let’s create a hypothetical:
We know that Sibley is perhaps one of the worst lawyers “practicing” law right now. If, by some magic chance (and I believe in magic now), Sibley’s suspension in DC is overturned, Larry gets to continue to pursue his lawsuit with the Captain Ahab of lawyers.
Let us assume, however, that for this scenario Sibley will stay suspended. What then does Larry do, and what becomes not only of his lawsuit, but the DC Madam case?
Absolutely nothing.

I have a theory. The National Press Club, and the reporters that may or may not attend the “Press Conference” of one Lawrence Wayne Sinclair, may be under the impression that they are attending a Press Conference about the DC Madam case.
Let’s think about this logically. The DC Madam case has always been a reliable cash cow for the media because it is a sex scandal, and it captivates the mindless masses. How do you think Sibley would bill Sinclair’s Press Conference?
I am conjecturing that it is possible that Sinclair’s Press Conference will be sort of a Companion Conference to Sibley and a DC Madam conference.
It may be the only way Sinclair or Sibley could get anyone to join. This is either very good timing from Sibley, or just dumb luck. However, this all rides on whether or not his suspension in DC is lifted. If it isn’t, he cannot continue to represent anyone in Florida or DC. Therefore, he would not be able to continue to represent Sinclair nor Palfrey.
Just a possible scenario.

The real question should be what happens to the money he will have collected for the conference at the National Pet Club?
You see he has a ready-made excuse lined up – no Sibley no Pet Conference.
But that raises another question. He says he needs the money now to make an commitment to pay for the room at the NPC. So it will already be paid for before we know about Sibley. And he does not need Sibley for the Pet Conference. If the Press ask Sibley questions he has to tell the truth. He can only says he has never met with or had any dealings with the driver and cannot personally verify he exists.
Larry would be better off without Sibley.
The Larry supporters should insist now that whatever happens to Sibley, Larry has to go ahead with the Pet Conference that they are paying for.
Has Larry another excuse waiting? Yes, he will say that those very important people in the media who have ” bombshells” to reveal about Obama have asked him to postpone the Pet Conference for another fortnight until they can finish their research.

I think that refers to his announcement a hundred years a go – actually early last week – that he met some major journalists who were going to expose Obama in a far bigger way than he could and he would give them some time to do their research and if they had not done it in two weeks he would release the name of the driver and hold a press conference: so we’re running late on that, already, but he’s essentially saying he knows damn well that “they” won’t be making any such report because there are no such journalists and even if something unexpectedly does come up, he’s going to Washington.

Can just anyone go to these press conferences or do you have to be press or on a list of something? Just wondering if they just let anyone in who says they are attending a certain press conference. Boy do I wish I lived closer to DC. Hmm….well, let’s see from NJ….never know who might be there if anyone can attend.
One of the tards was talking about having a get together…where a few of them were going to go to DC to support Larry and going to stay at someone’s house. They were talking about staying in tents in the backyard. A guy from NJ (not far from where I grew up actually) was going to drive down and he was proposing that Larry stay with them and they chauffeur him around so he could save money for his commercial. (OH God…I’m laughing while I’m writing this.) I’m thinking Larry should be so happy for all the support (not..they’ll be spying on him…LOL). Who was the conspiracy theorist that was supposedly taking up Larry’s cause?
The way that that was shot, it almost looks like footage for a documentary that no one’s gonna see. Whoever filmed him gave him a decent backdrop with better composition than sitting in the center of a shot in a creepy apartment. They also cleaned him up a bit and told him not to wear shorts or an ill-fitting “Everything’s Better in Texas” shirt. They also told him not to smoke. I’m pretty sure that is not a Larry Sinclair production.
Also, Larry’s brain tumor appears to be treating him pretty well. It actually looks like he’s gained weight. Not bad for a guy who’s been terminally ill for four years. He must have upped his Pepsi dose.

They’re all about the “Obama will go after the white folk” this morning–that he and Michelle won’t help the white community. They’re reading the the fist bump/dap as a black power signfier (e.g., more reason to be scared if you’re white).
Last week Cal Thomas (conservative op ed writer) wrote that it was a “hezbollah style fist bump”–that it was a terrorist gesture. He was laughed at loud and long. Thomas quickly deleted that sentence from his article, but the comments remain to confirms its former presence.
Like these folks never watch sports events. This gesture has been in use for the entirety of my life, and by people of all enthicities.

As for (name supplied) I would say this. Larry Sinclair uses his blog to solicit funds from the public. They are to be sent by any means possible – PayPal, Western Express, cheques, or cash to him personally. He does not give a full accounting but has admitted to more than $20,000 and is now collecting more. On his blog he admits that he was incarcerated for 14 years for credit card and cheque fraud and that there is currently an outstanding warrant for his arrest in Colorado for stealing cheques from acquaintances.
On his blog there is an earlier invitation to contribute to his “legal fund” by means of a trust fund managed by his attorney Montgomery Sibley. Mr. Sibley is currently suspended from the practice of law and is appealing his suspension but Sinclair has not accurately notified his readers of the nature of the suspension. Both Sibley and Sinclair invite the readers of the blog to contact Sibley directly if anyone has questions or concerns.
The user (name supplied) apparently had questions and concerns and contacted Sibley. Allegedly Sibley admitted in that telephone call that he did not know the alleged limo driver who is central to the Sinclair allegations against Obama. When (name supplied) revealed this on Sinclair’s blog, Sinclair got Sibley to give him the telephone records and traced (name supplied) place of work, telephoned him and told him the police would be arriving, spoke to the company threatening to sue them etc etc
Bear in mind that all (name supplied) did was take up the Sinclair-Sibley invitation to telephone Sibley. The real problem here is that Sibley was caught out. This is very important because many who visit the Sinclair blog and many who contribute rely on the fact that Sinclair claims that Sibley, an officer of the court, knows the driver and can produce him for trial or for a press conference. Some of us have discovered independently that this is a lie. The suer (name supplied) managed to get Sibley to admit it. It is troubling that Sibley provided Sinclair with (name supplied) telephone number…….
While I am glad that you are now requiring that Sinclair’s posts are submitted for review, the real damage is done in his comments, not his posts. He makes his own comments or he attaches comments in bold type to comments made by contributors.

Well my info has now been compromised and I did alert wordpress and they are supposedly taking action.
I have not been fired. I am an indpendent contractor in what I do and cannot be fired so that is not a worry but I don’t really want my business info posted in relation to this matter, so I would slo kinldy request the Mitch & Nan show to remove the references to my personal info from this site also.
You can keep up the posts but please XXX out my personal info.
My lawyer has advised me to stop posting immediately so i can no longer post here or there regarding this matter. It’s just not worth it.
My lawyer said it’s probably not worth pursuing but if Larry or his followers start harassing me at work there may be some action to take.
If any Larry followers are reading this I have purchased a phone recorder for work so all harassments will be dutifully logged.

Brian, the reason Sinclair has gone ballistic over you is that you revealed the one thing he does not want his donors to know – that there is no driver. For six months he has slyly implied that Sibley knows the driver and can produce him and in fact has been holding him back for legal reasons. We knew this was a lie. But you got Sibley to admit it. Kudos! It was a nail in his coffin and a big laugh.

He traveled a lot to distribute them, spent many days at it, entered apt buildings and stuck them on autos. He got a lot of satisfaction hiding and watching the reaction as people picked them up and read them. He wanted to do a fake suicide stunt from the top of a tall building and other crazy things. While I may have my own ideas of what is needed to be done to improve relations between the black and white communites, I prefer to listen to both sides of the story and then have a calm, rational discussion about these issues. Something that Mr. Obama has shown to me he is willing to do.

Hogonice…51 year old white woman. A woman sent me a button several months ago that says, “Another Middle Aged White Woman for Barack Obama”. I’m mostly surrounded by men at work (financial area) so I know about sexism, but I felt a much needed message from Senator Obama about reaching out to everyone that touched me right away. I was also very impressed with his entire life experience so I defied my demographic.

It seems to me that if they like this type of BS so much, they could go enlist and get all it they want in several places around the world. ’nuff said.
