Beginning this morning about 8:00AM (our blog time) Larry Sinclair began making a series of quite graphic and specific death threats on our blog.
Here they appear in order of the time they were placed. (And before you begin screaming about the AVATAR, read this entire post.)

Obviously, these threats are very serious and indicate Larry’s plan to go to “Boston” and “Georgia” where two of out contributors allegedly live.
So HOW are we certain these threats came from Larry Sinclair?
From the time the threats were posted, Larry changed his AVATAR on the WordPress system. Originally, the post were Larry’s long time avatar we have all come to know (the storm in Laredo). We noticed the change instantly. ONLY LARRY SINCLAIR COULD MAKE THIS CHANGE THROUGH WORDPRESS.
What Larry was OBVIOUSLY NOT AWARE OF, is when you change your Avatar, it is retroactive. ANY comments on ANY WordPress sites automatically change as well.
He probably felt “safe” as his site is no longer USING avatars and he probably thought no one would be able to notice the change.
However, he apparently forgot about his post on other WordPress blogs including our dear friend, Citizen Wells.
A quick trip to C. Wells blog revealed this comment from Larry:
Well I see Victor has decided to challenge here now after not getting the response he wanted over in the cesspool.
Victor, for all your blowing in the wind, neither you nor Obama will swat me down considering the fact that I am the one that was there not you. I am still awaiting the paypal info requested from you for the return of your contribution.
Indeed, the Avatar on Well’s site had also changed.
There is NO WAY anyone could have made the change to Larry’s system, except for him.
Our suspicion is that Wells will now try to disable AVATARS on his site, making Larry’s disappear. However, it will be too late.
We have notified EVERYONE who has been threatened and all of them have not only saved PDF files of both sites, but have printed them as well. This includes Mr. Paul Levy who Larry claims will die before Sunday. We have also notified the FBI, WordPress and encouraged others involved to do the same in their jurisdictions.
Long ago, I pointed out the concern that Larry Sinclair was not only nuts, but a danger to himself and others. While I am not happy to say I was obviously correct, I believe it to be true. There are a few people who I feel responsible for and I have done my best to encourage them to protect themselves.
After staying quiet about it for too long, we have also notified several of the people who Larry Sinclair has misidentified as “Mitch” and told them what was happening. We also explained in one case, how we were able to use their unsecured networks to send emails and post messages. We have taken full responsibility for our actions and will face whatever consequences that arise and we are truly sorry for taking advantage of those people.
Suffice to say, Larry has NOT correctly identified us even though we have made NO SECRETS about who we are. We TRULY live in France and any notions to the contrary are simply Larry’s own paranoia. He is FULLY aware of where we are and it is the primary reason he has failed to post our IP address in spite of many opportunities. He did not hesitate to do it when we were visiting the US, but he has not ONCE identified our whereabouts upon our return to Paris.
One gentleman we spoke to seems very capable of defending himself. He is obviously of the means and the motivation to do so and while he seemed horrified at how many times he is mentioned, he laughed when explained the entire story and said Mr. Sinclair had indeed picked the wrong target to “Jack with”.
We gave them our contact information and assured then we would be financially responsible for any legal costs they may encounter.
For now, I would appeal to ANY of Larry’s supporters to try and encourage him to get help. This has now gone far beyond a “tit for tat”, “he said…she said” game. This man is dangerous. I would also appeal to his family (if they really exists) to help this man obtain the assistance he needs. Whether you believe him or not, he is NOT stable.

Given his criminal history, and the violent nature of these threats, I feel it was a very good idea to notify the authorities.
It sounds like Larry Sinclair either belongs back in prison, or under the strict supervision(and medication) of a mental health professional!

Good, I am so very glad that you have this proof and have contacted the authorities and the threatened persons. I have had some experience with mentally ill people, one of whom eventually became physically violent after obsessing about enemies, and I really felt that with Larry’s history and these violent threats, he is a danger to others, and/or might get shot while attacking someone else. It is just as wrong for people to make threats of violence against him but I think he is probably misidentifying who is responsible for that. And two wrongs never made a right. He truly needs to get some help and I hope he will.

My hats off to all of you who have stayed up most of the night/day awaiting “Some Noise”. So far it has been a dud and the “beef” is missing. The audio/video at the DNC in Washington was interesting but of little substance.
Politics at this level is a blood “sport” and needs to be treated accordingly. Unless/until Larry Sinclair brings physical evidence and/or a corroborating witness(es) of his allegations of sex and drug use with Senator Obama, he will be treated by the MSM as another of the manny weirdos in the world of politics and allocated to the fringes.
It is my hope and desire that Mr. Sinclair provide such evidence soon in order to make a difference in the Democratic nomination before it becomes too late. That time clock is rapidly expiring.

I haven’t had a chance to check Larry’s blog all day today since I’ve been busy either working or here (or trying to at least listen a little to the wonderful Roger Federer…who got delayed by rain in Paris today).
But I hate to be away because this is just too funny. I wish I had time to read over in Larryville, but I have to leave again in a few to see my son’s presentation at school.
It was lovely to see this post, however, when I got home. I’m not really worried that Larry can find me. He does not have enough details on me. I’ve never been even tempted to reveal my identity to him. I always thought that’s just what he wanted and it drove him crazier not to really know…so I go with that…plus I cannot afford to be sued…I just can’t.

I have noticed through this whole affair that larry is very good at calling people names, “inviting” them out from behind their computer screens and to face him in person. He always says “come to me”!

Federal Law:

The new version creates criminal penalties for anonymous emails and VoiP (voice over the Internet) calls sent with the intent to “annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person.”

But what he apparently didn’t realize is that that avatar would show up on all his old posts. You can check it out now. He has Kstreet’s avatar on all the posts on his blog, and it also now shows up on posts where he made the threats. There’s no way to argue that this is a third party now.
