Victor- or someone claiming to be Victor, has posted here at The Mitch and Nan Show. Though I am certainly not positive, the style of writing seems to indicate it is indeed Victor.
Here is his first comment:
I was referred to this post by someone who had seen it.
I am puzzled where you got the email from LS addressed to me which finishes with the line “Don’t post this email anywhere. Please”
If you got it from LS’s blog then that is one thing. I have not visited his blog since the moment I quit it after my last post there.
But if you did not get it from his blog I want to make clear that I never showed that email to anyone.
May I also make clear that his email is misleading as it suggests I asked him the name of the driver.
I have never asked him the name of the driver. I had written a letter to him in which I referred to his various recent public statements about the driver as well as his challenge to the media to get him a national TV slot to confront Obama in exchange for releasing the name of the driver.
In particular, I asked him in view of all his public statements whether he is still sure that the driver is in the USA and that he can produce him? If the driver has left the country is it because of pressure from this case? I also asked if Obama knew the driver?
I got no reply to my email or to my previous emails about the Donald Young questions.
When he made his post on his blog about the driver, I made a comment suggesting that to make his offer meaningful he should offer to produce the driver to the media either openly or through the good offices of his lawyer. He blocked that post and made two or three comments about how I was causing him legal problems (and he changed and edited his comments on my comment in the space of thirty minutes).
When I said goodbye to his blog, he sent me the email you have published above. If he always intended to publish it despite his request that I not, then it was deliberately misleading. He has tried to make it seem by his email that I had asked him for the name of the driver.
But within an hour he sent me another email. In the second email he made some personal remarks and then purported to give me complete disclosure on the name, whereabouts and other circumstances of the driver to the point that he said I now know more than anyone else about that subject. He did not bind me to confidence but said, sarcasticlaly and bitterly, I assume, that I could now go to other sites and join his opponents and share the information he had given me.
The next day he sent me another email regretting that he had given me the information, claiming that I had misrepresented who I was, and had tricked him into giving the information by using Jay’s comments on Donald Youg and my motive was to make money from a book. He copied that email to a third-party.
I received yet another email from someone in his camp asking me to return the email about the drive and expunge it from my records.
Even if he had asked me to keep that second email confidential I would not feel obliged to do so. I had never asked for the name of the driver nor any of the details he supplied me. I had already quit his blog. I had already made my own deductions about the driver. So I would not allow an unsolicited email to silence me.
I will not reveal the content of his second email about the driver unless I find it necessary to counter any more false statements he makes about me. And what I say about the driver was my own conclusion even before I read his unsolicited letter. His letter has not persuaded me otherwise.
I believe he cannot produce a driver as a witness. I believe his lawyer has never had contact with the alleged driver.
The only legal problems I was causing him was to put him in the position where he had to explain that he could not deliver the driver to the media or through his lawyer. In view of this his offer to “name” the driver was empty. It was also contradictory. Because the only public reason he has given for not naming the driver was that it would subject the driver and his family to intrusive journalists and bloggers and politicial operatives. So I suppose naming him on national TV would not?
Other people made similar suggestions to mine on his blog and he did not block their comments. So I assume that he was predisposed to block me because of the three letters he had gotten from me over the previous three days asking questions about Donald Young and the availability of the driver.
On the issue of what information he has given publicly on the Multani name I’d refer you to a comment on his blog some time ago – possibly in March – with an IP which was apparently from the waterfront in Chicago in which someone claimed to know about the Multani person and his alleged problems with immigration.
In a second comment, Victor wrote the following:

5. He claimed to have the limo drive as witness to the drug purchase and consumption and the sex and all the other aspects. He claimed to have kept in touch with the limo driver and that his lawyer has all the necessary information. He claimed he could produce the witness.
6. His story was consistent in individual radio interviews and across several interviews as well as consistent with his blog posts.
I believe Nos. 5 and 6 are no longer true. No. 6 was the keystone to everything else.
No. 5 was also very important because it gave people assurances that eventually he would produce a witness. They also felt that his lawyer would not allow him to say that he could produce the witness, unless that were true. In fact, the only statements I have seen from the lawyer in public and in letters refer to the legal actions for defamation as being an attempt to discover who is behind the attacks on LS.
After reading this and we will do further commenting, it seems obvious that Mr. Sinclair is finished.

Victor, if this is truly you, and you MUST understand our hesitancy, all nonsense aside, I am sorry that you have been a victim of this man. I can tell by your writing and your sincerity that you have truly been duped and I do not like that for any man.

Victor and Mitch did you see Larry’s so called “PC” announcement? Supposedly his attorney has scheduled a Press Conference as they have “raised enough money.”
Were funds being contributed for that purpose or for the legal battle?
Perhaps Sibley now has no other choice but to attempt to try the case in front of the media?

I’m practically speechless. What I want to know from Victor is why it took so long to ask these questions? The other thing is what makes you say it was consistent with Obama’s character? He allegedly gave up the partying at Columbia and immersed himself in books.

I’m almost speechless. But I have to wonder, why didn’t you ask the questions from the start? Did you not observe that everyone that asked a question got their IP address posted? I started off there mortified, not believing, but at least not trying to pick a fight. The other point I don’t understand is what makes you think it is fitting with Obama’s character. He gave up drugs in his Columbia years where he became immersed in books. Personally, I do believe he’s extremely driven to succeed and self-conscious enough not to behave in such a way.

1999…he was a new father, in the legislature, with aspirations to go to Congress. He had given up drugs while at Columbia where he lived very quietly and immersed himself in books. So where’s the consistency?

I didn’t do as much intensive checking on Larry’s IP as you did, but my initial check was Duluth Minnesota.
My IP is off by 130km, so IP’s do not necessarily give you much just a general vicinity of the server.

All ip addresses use relays to send the message. Many are sent through other cities.
However, Duluth Minnesota shows up on most searches. I do not think the relay (similar to the one I use) is legal in the US as it is in Europe. Some instances my mail shows to be from China.
Again though, we all know Larry is not above breaking the law if it serves his “Hungry Bottom”.

I don’t know anything about Obama’s supposed moral relativism.

I thought I had good news when Emory Hospital called this morning to tell my son they had a new kidney for him! That was the best news me and my family could have gotten. He waited three years for this and the day finally arrived.
But to have TWO great things happen in one day is just fantastic. I read Victor’s posts. Although I have questions, I am happy to see the posts were not to attack us or denigrate us. Instead there was a poignant and a resolved tone to Victor’s letters.
We welcome you not to the darkside or cesspool as we have been called…but to the ENLIGHTENMENT side.
(Note: I’ve always thought that the “cesspool” and “darkside” references was mere PROJECTION on their part.)

I’m still thinking this Victor/Larry break-up is a ploy to gain your trust Mitch and get info about you and others here. And I say this because its hard for me to understand that Victor, as intelligent as he seemes to be, would SUDDENLY realize what so wrong with Larry’s story. It doesn’t fly. I could be wrong, but I’m highly suspect.
And its still too much of a coincidence to me that Larry has had dealings with 3 different Victors in the past year.

meesheemey, I understand your sceptism about Victor, but I am certain there has been an actual break between them. Victor did ask Larry some questions and I actually saw the post that started the whole drama.
What I don’t understand is why it took him so long to figure out, this dude is obviously intelligent unlike most tards but he took Larry’s lines as fact without evidence.
He wasn’t unbiased but he never knowingly lied. An example was when Larry tried to misinform his supporters about me saying I was a con artist because I was/am in debt with Lloyds bank. Victor (while still taking shots at me) went out of his way to explain that it was a quite common occurence in England. So in my opinion I think Victor just fell for Larry’s scheme because for some reason he wanted to believe Larry (hate for Obama ?).

I will “NOT” accept Victor is a changed man, I’ve watched him carefully from the very beginning.
He wants to rule the roost, and he does some ax to grind with Obama, he is not going to pull out of this completely.
I do believe “canadian” is Victor, maybe not as long winded, but I do recall when someone “Backseat Driver” addressed “canadian” to be Victor, in the past.
For some reason *poof* went that comment from Larry’s blog. IMHO this looked fishy to me.

I have read some of the exchange between them and it seems quite real. According to Victor he never bothered to ask Sinclair of any proof, because he was pre-disposed to believing him. I guess when he started asking questions in order to answer Jay’s story (JAY YOU ARE A LEGEND!) he couldn’t get an answer and I think Larry claimed not to have recieved his emails when it was obvious he did…sooo the penny must have dropped.

OK. I just read through this thread and wanted to offer my two cents.
Larry’s entire story and his motives have been eminently clear to me from the start. He’s just so inconsistent and irrational. I have a VERY hard time believing that Victor just suddenly decided that he should ask Larry these questions. Why didn’t he ask them before?? And I think the idea that Victor’s allegations are “in step with Obama’s moral relativism” or however he put it is bizarre. What about Barack Obama ever suggested any moral relativism?? The fact that when he was in high school he smoked weed? And I think in college he did cocaine? And when he transferred to Columbia University he gave up all drugs and became a health junkie. Anyway that comment makes no sense.
Again, I feel that the fact that Larry is just making things up as he goes along, the fact that his actions are motivated to get money and attention, is so clear to a thinking person. I have a hard time believing that Victor is sincere.

I would love for there to be a Press conference. I’m at the point where I have doubts that Obama is become president, so I’m willing to accept this sordid tale might be true. I was hoping for a Press Conference last month. I hope he produces one this month. And not some stupid Youtube Video or with fringe media outlets. I want a real press conference.
I want Larry to have all of his rock solid proof with him, including a physical person that drove that limo.

Jenna, I’ve got no idea if he’s sincere or not. I do know that it would be very easy to sound like he no longer believed papatard. The only reason I’d lean towards sincere is the amount of time he put into statement. He still thinks his other points are valid. All of his points, oddly, are based on subjective opinion/speculation. When presented with an actual fact he took it seriously.
I’m still blown away with the “I’m in the “prove it” camp.” If you’re looking for the truth how could you NOT want it proven?!

Sweet Sarah I was thinking the same, can you imagine four years from now, Larry Sinclair still making flyers and youtube videos ? Damn I just want this to be over with one way or the other. I am quite convinced that he is lying. I have spoken to him, I have heard his voice and I could just tell that this guiy had no evidence.
It might be possible that what he claims really happened (HIGHLY UNLIKELY) but he doesn’t have evidence to back it up so…tough.
The fact is this guy is a master at deception. How do I know ? A few weeks ago he started convincing his supporters not to come on this site because he claimed we were infecting their PC’s with Virus. Why would he say that and still post here….my guess is he just didn’t want them to come here. This dude is sick and is just enjoying the attention, my only anger is that we can’t actually get him arrested. If I was in the US and I had time on my hands I would personally track him down.

If larry holds a press conference and doesnt have persuasive evidence, this could help the obama campaign. The timing is suspect and his intentions appear political. If larry makes enough noise to warrant an obama response, obama can lump it in with the muslim and pledge smears, wright, and ayers, deligitimizing the other non-issues. He can then call for a campaign based on real issues that matter to the american people. And based on their history as well as suspicions theyre behind larry, theres no way the clintons dont come to his defense.

Did anyone see that one of Sinclair’s supporters has made contact with an apparently enthusiastic HRC campaign worker in WV? She sys he directed her to forward her materials to several email addresses. The supporter has posted his email on the site and encouraged others to join in.
What a fool, I’m thinking, that this worker has attached his approbation and email address to Sinclair’s story and Sinclair’s gang. This could backfire in a _big_ way, much as Bill Shaheen’s comments, the “Manchurian Candidate” emails that were attached to HRC’s staff, etc. did.
Just as johnfreeman pointed out, this material will be used to bolster Obama by showing how disgraceful his detractors can be.

If it is something you care about I’ve been hoping someone would ask him about ensuring Verifiable Electronic Voting. In too many states we have systems that are essentially unrecountable, unverifiable, and unauditable. If there are errors or rigging, too bad.
Without getting into 2002 and 2004…even this year there are problems that will be difficult to check. To name a couple…
Since posts with links get filtered you can google “Ohio Seizes Electronic Voting Machines in Criminal Investigation” and legal threats from Sequoia over independent investigation of irregularities in New Jersey’s 2008 presidential primary election.
The problem in taking it further is vendors are allowed to invoke trade secrets and proprietary rights in blocking independent investigations and to not reveal their source code. In late April the NJ court ordered the investigation but the vendor Sequoia is still threatening to sue everyone
It is so important that our votes are counted. I am just not sure how to make this into a question.
Maybe “As president will you do anything to ensure that all voting systems are safe, verifiable, audited and able to be recounted if needed?”
I watch a lot of his town halls on cnn.com and haven’t heard that asked.

Okay, I have just read ALL of Victor’s info on the so called Kangaroo Court, including his last statements as well. WE all know I am not a Victor fan at all. Due to his know it all attitude and the way he tried to dictate to me what I should and should not post.That got me pissed. BUT I like to consider myself reasonable and I do have to admit.He does give me doubt with two things he has questioned. I will be taking a closer look at my information. Now that I have some more time to do so. I have always stated. I am a honest person and will admit when and if I am wrong. Im not saying that the “some” truths I have believed have gone completely away. Just saying there are two things I am confused about and want to know more info. Her policies and Senator Obama’s are much more in line…to end the war, to give middle class tax cuts, to focus on healthcare and education. That’s not what I meant. You do know she is aware of what is happening. I’ve been in touch with her as well. I didn’t discuss Larry so much as I knew she was getting bombarded and I felt for her.

It has nothing to do with your beliefs in how you will vote. It has everything (for me) to do with not giving the benefit of the doubt to a sitting Senator. But I do know that two people see the same thing and see different things at the same time. It is all about perspective. I invite you to comment on the substance of the points I made in Kangaroo Court Part 8.
In his latest interview with Jeff Rense a couple of weeks ago, LS said that the man who called and sent text messages to him on his four mobile numbers between September and early December 2007 told him explicitly that he got his information about LS directly from BO. He also discussed with LS that BO intended to make a statement about his drug use to comply with LS request, and then that he changed his mind about it.
Therefore, LS knew in that time period that the man was a confidant of Obama and was communicating with LS to discuss the allegations LS had made to Obama and his Campaign, as well as the additional matter of the alleged sexual conduct, which LS claims he had not mentioned to anyone.
The problem with that – and it is much more than a logical problem – is that LS has said innumerable times – that the reason he went public with his allegations is that nobody from Obama or his Campaign had acknowledged or responded to his request that Obama make a statement about his drug use in 1999.
He said that to journalists whom he approached privately in December 2007 and January 2008, he said it on his UTube videos, on his My Space page and many times on his blog, as well as in numerous radio and media interviews.
I, for one took that as fundamental justification of his public campaign.
Why did I and others not notice the clear contradiction? First of all because LS never mentioned until March 2008 that he had received calls or text messages from anyone.
And when he did mention it was after several people on his blog had asked him if he knew about the murder of Donald Young. It was only then that he announced as a “bombshell”, which he had been saving for the Jeff Rense show, that he had been in contact with the murdered Donald Young between September 2007 and early December 2008 (and not up to one day before his death on 24th December, 2007 as some are now alleging).
In order to explain why he had not mentioned it before, he said that a man had called him between September-December 2007 whose name was “Mr. Young” but he had not made the connection with Donald Young because he did not know who Donald Young was until he heard of his murder in March 2008.
The problem with that explanation is he did not need to know about the murder to have explained to everyone that a man had called whose name was Mr. Young who claimed to be a confidant of Obama and who had discussed a settlement of LS claims. He said that nobody had called, let alone a Mr. Young who told him he was getting his information about LS from BO.
In some later posts he said the reason he would not give more detail about his alleged contact with Donald Y9ung was that it was the subject of a homicide investigation. But until March 2008 he did not know that a Donald Young had been murdered. So this does not adequately explain why he had not previously mentioned his contact with the so-called Mr. Young.
After he told us in March 2008 about his contact with Donald Young he continued to say that he had not received a response from Obama or the Campaign. But there was a difficulty for him with this.
How could he claim to have been in contact with Donald Young or Mr. Young and at the same time say he had no response? How did this Mr. Young aka as Donald Young know about LS?
Rather than answer that question, LS posted a rhetorical question of his own in a major post on his blog. He asked how Mr. Young aka Donald Young knew about his telephone numbers and the alleged sexual conduct. He implied he, LS, did not know for sure, and invited the public to speculate that it was because Mr. Young aka Donald Young got the information from the Campaign.
But this is inconsistent with what he said in his latest Rense interview. Because he said that he knew from his conversations with Mr. Young in September-December 2007 that Mr. Young got his information from BO.
So if he knew that why did he ask the question? Why did he not tell us at the time he asked the question?
These are the main inconsistencies in his changing story. But there are others.
Before I published my analysis as Part 8, I wrote privately to LS to seek his answers to my questions. He never provided any.

For the record, I telephoned Rev David Manning in Harlem in the morning of 1st May 2008. I had two lengthy conversations with his assistant. I then made a post on the LS blog to the effect that I had spoken with the assistant of someone who could bring the matter to the attention of the public and that the person would be back in his office the following Monday but I did not give Manning’s name in my post.
I also sent an email to LS copied to his mother to inform him who it was I had contacted. His mother responded to that email.
In another three way email about the security of email addresses to LS, his mother and “Mad” I also informed “Mad” that I had contacted Manning.
In my two conversations with Manning’s assistant I gave links to LS blog and gave an explanation of his allegations pointing out that he said he would be offering various forms of proof.
Manning’s assistant did not indicate to me that Manning or she had received any other information on this matter. It appeared to be new to her.
I did not write the two-page letter he refers to. However I did write using the “contact us” form on his site perhaps two or three weeks before I called. Once again I simply suggested that he visit the LS blog.
I suggested on the LS blog the day before I called that others use the “contact us” form and visit his site to research better ways of contacting him.
David Manning’s assistant received from me a guarded statement about LS blog in which I was careful to refer to LS claims as allegations subject to proof.
That same day – 1st May, 1982 – I telephoned Reverend Wright in Chicago. After some discussion I was given a coded email. But my letter was returned for security reasons. After more discussion I was put through to his personal executive assistant. I spoke for about 25 minutes. Once again I gave him a balanced account of LS allegations – their strengths and weaknesses as I saw them. I was assured he would speak to Rev Wright about it.
He asked me to send a copy of my letter to his personal email which he supplied.
I do not support the LS campaign and provide this information purely for the record and to demystify the David Manning involvement.
I think it is clear form his comments that he is not very familiar with the LS allegations and not willing, yet, to detail other information he says he had obtained about BO’s bisexuality before he heard of LS.

In all this talk of “strategies” between the various media players, LS and bloggers have we forgotten the simple fundamentals?
LS allegations could be swatted out of existence if (a) BO denied them or (b) somebody provided an alibi for his whereabouts on 6th and 7th November, 1999.
LS allegations would be taken more seriously by the MSM and many others if he could produce the proof he says he has (and most of his supporters hope he has) namely a limo driver who will attest to all aspects of his story including Obama’s purchase of the drugs, his ingestion of them in the limo, the sex act, and the fact that Obama was still in the limo when the driver dropped LS at his hotel in Gurnee.
I don’t know what Obama can do on his side but I do know that neither LS nor his attorney can produce a limo driver as a witness.
The rest of it is frenetic posturing.
Many of LS “supporters” do not care if what he says is (a) true or (b) provable. They just want the allegations out in order to damage Obama.
Most of the organised opposition to LS wants to protect Obama from having to face the allegations (a) because they are damaging in themselves and (b) because they fear that he may not be able to answer them convincingly.
I believe that the serious inconsistencies in LS story, especially with respect to Donald Young, should be a caution to everyone.
However, Obama’s failure to deal with it decisively may indicate a nervousness about opening up aspects of his private life to examination even if there is no truth in LS allegations.

I’m not worried for a minute that there is any truth to the allegations. I understand why he doesn’t address it at all. He knows it has no basis for merit and there will never be any proof. If he acknowledges it, it means it’s of some importance to him, but since he knows he’s innocent, why even bring a whisper of this to the media? No reason. Barack Obama knows there is no limo driver or phone calls.
We all know that Larry would only make more noise and a bigger stink if he heard from Obama and then Obama would not be able to deny acknowledging Larry. IMHO…that is why he is just letting this ride.

I have read and re-read Victor’s 3 different posts (he’s so long-winded) yet nevertheless this sums it very beautifully in Victor’s own words:

To me this Says it ALL Victor, AMEN
